Start with Abhyanga with high quality certified Ayurvedic oils then 10-15 mins Shirodhara. We perform Abhyanga together with Swedana - In Ayurveda, Svedana refers to therapist that gently induce sweating to relase toxins and restore balance. At our salon, we use a heat mat together with warm stones to deeply warm the body after an Abhyanga. This gentle heat encourages natural perspiration, improves circulatio, eases stiffness, and melts away tension. Then result is lighter body, a calmer mind, and a deeply refreshed feeling from within. After the Shirodhara session, we give you some time to rest before the therapist finishes the treatment. Shower included. Shirodhara is a classical Ayurvedic therapy in which a steady, gentle stream of warm herbal oil is poured over the forehead, specifically onto the "third eye" area (between the eyebrows). This deeply soothing treatment is designed to calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and support emotional well-being.
