Start with foot spa, seated head and back massage. Followed by Ayurvedic Abhyanga including face massage. Then Svedana - In Ayurveda, Svedana refers to therapist that gently induce sweating to relase toxins and restore balance. At our salon, we use a heat mat together with warm stones to deeply warm the body after an Abhyanga. This gentle heat encourages natural perspiration, improves circulatio, eases stiffness, and melts away tension. Then result is lighter body, a calmer mind, and a deeply refreshed feeling from within.
