Each movement is thoughtfully created to restore balance, awaken the natural flow of energy, and bring a deep sense of harmony and relaxation within. Using carefully selected oils suited to your unique constitution, Abhyanga nurtures both the physical and subtle layers of your being — leaving you grounded, light, and renewed. Start with seated head and back massage. Followed by Ayurvedic Abhyanga.
