Each movement is thoughtfully created to restore balance, awaken the natural flow of energy, and bring a deep sense of harmony and relaxation within. Using carefully selected oils suited to your unique constitution, Abhyanga nurtures both the physical and subtle layers of your being — leaving you grounded, light, and renewed. A traditional Ayurvedic therapy that uses warm herbal pouches in conjunction with Abhyanga. The soothing heat and healing aroma of the herbs help relieve muscle tension, pain, fatigue, and emotional stress. Start with foot spa, seated head and back massage. Followed by Ayurvedic Abhyanga including face massage. Shower included.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows may be charged the full treatment cost.
