Start with foot spa, seated head and back massage. Followed by Abhyanga with high quality certified Ayurvedic oils including face massage then 20-30 mins Shirodhara. Shower included.  Shirodhara is a classical Ayurvedic therapy in which a steady, gentle stream of warm herbal oil is poured over the forehead, specifically onto the "third eye" area (between the eyebrows). This deeply soothing treatment is designed to calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and support emotional well-being. Benefits of Shirodhara includes reduces stress, anxiety, and mental fatigue, supports restful sleep and may relieve insomnian, nourishes the scalp and strengthens hair roots and promotes a meditative state of peace and stillness.
