What's included: Dosha check, Seated head & back massage, Face massage, Shirodhara, Svedana and shower followed by complimentary tea. Classical Ayurvedic therapy in which a steady, gentle stream of warm oil is poured over the forehead, specifically onto the "third eye" area . This deeply soothing treatment is designed to calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and support emotional well-being. Start with seated head and back massage. Followed by face massage then 20-30 mins Shirodhara. Then Svedana - In Ayurveda, Svedana refers to therapist that gently induce sweating to relase toxins and restore balance. At our salon, we use a heat mat together with warm stones to deeply warm the body after the treatment. This gentle heat encourages natural perspiration, improves circulatio, eases stiffness, and melts away tension. Then result is lighter body, a calmer mind, and a deeply refreshed feeling from within. Shower included.  Benefits of Shirodhara includes reduces stress, anxiety, and mental fatigue, supports restful sleep and may relieve insomnian, nourishes the scalp and strengthens hair roots and promotes a meditative state of peace and stillness. This treatment involves the use of a generous amount of high-quality, sesame oil-based herbal oil, which is reflected in the pricing. For each session, we use freshly prepared, clean oil to maintain the highest quality and care.
